How to use:
The Swaddle Up™ Transition Suit helps your baby to gradually adjust to sleeping un-swaddled. Simply follow these steps:
1. Unzip one ‘wing’ – either as baby sleeps or when dressing them – and zip on one Self-Soothing™ sleeve, with the cuffs folded over.
2. Repeat this for a few sleep cycles to help your baby get used to the sensation of sleeping with one arm free.
3. When baby seems well-adjusted, remove the second wing and zip on the second Self-Soothing™ sleeve, with the cuffs folded over.
4. Then uncuff the sleeves as baby sleeps (one at a time, over several sleep cycles) so they get used to having their hands free.
5. Eventually, your baby will be ready to sleep with both arms out, either with the sleeves on and uncuffed, or with the sleeves zipped off in warmer temperatures.
