All our credit card transactions are processed through Windcave, a leading new zealand online credit card processing platform. Windcave has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines.

Your credit card details are not seen or retained by Nappies Direct. In the event that a customer wishes to add to an order, we will need to seek card details at this point, as we do not have access to the customer’s card details from the original purchase they put through the website.
Credit Card Refunds:
We do not need to seek a customer’s card number to process a refund. Windcave is integrated seamlessly with our website, and we can easily process refunds securely in our website admin.
Apple Pay Refunds:
Currently, Apple & Google pay refund not supporting, we will require your bank account details in the case.

Nappies Direct now accepts payment online with China UnionPay credit card. Incurs a 2.5% surcharge.
If your account has store credit, you will see your balance displayed on the Cart page when signed into your online account. To use your store credit, just tick the checkbox next to the displayed balance and proceed through the online checkout. If your store credit does not cover the full balance of your transaction, you will be prompted on the billing page to select a second payment method to cover the difference. Your store credit can not be redeemed for cash.
