Points can be redeemed in the Cart or Checkout page. You can redeem some or all Points for a product reward. On checkout and cart you will find message on top with your total balance amount of points and redeem button.
Popup will show after click on redeem button, you can enter points amount you like to redeem. It will auto calculate amount from your cart based on entered and available values. if order values more than your points then you can use all your points and if order value less than your point then point can max deduct to match order value.
please note, Points are can only redeem against products and not applicable for freight/shipping cost.

You can access your balance by logging into My Account page or you can view your balance at the redemption section of your Cart. We will also send out a regular update by email advising your balance and any new rewards available to you.
Your Points expire after 3 months of inactivity. For example, if you earn 100 points in Jan, then earn 100 points in Feb, your 100 points will expire next Mar and another 100 points in Apr if there is no redeeming in that time.
You can earn points in a number of ways. All product purchases earn points at the rate of $1 = 1 point. Referring a friend will earn 50 points once they make a purchase. Plus there are a number of other earning options such as writing a verified review or updating your profile.
Your Points balance does not change with exchanges. However, if you return an item for a refund, the Points for that item will be deducted from your balance.
You can send your friends a referral link off their first order with Nappies Direct, when they make first order. You will receive 50 Points for each successful referral. A referral is only considered successful where the customer is shopping with Nappies Direct for the first time.
Not yet sorry. The systems we use at our offices and for our online store are not yet compatible. We do have facilities available at our warehouse if you wish to use your account and purchase online while at the premises. Please talk to one of our friendly staff and they will happily assist you. Please note reward points are not acquirable when shopping in our any outlet shop, Baby Expo or Baby Show.
You will earn points on most products, however gift cards, hiring products/services, clearance products, handling fees, shipping charges, and gift wrapping are excluded. Points may also be excluded from time to time during certain promotions.
Points are calculated $1 = 1 point for each eligible retail item using Swedish rounding, not on total transaction spend. That means if the price of an eligible item is $19.59, you will earn 20 points, but if the price is $19.49, you will earn 19 points.
The Point programme is for individual members only. Points cannot be transferred at this time.

The administration of your reward points balance is entirely at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust your Points balance without notice or explanation. We reserve the right to make changes to any and all aspects of our reward points programme without notice. Additional points can be earned for activities such as reviewing purchased products.
If an order is cancelled or amended, we reserve the right to reverse or adjust any points earned at our discretion. Reward points are intended for use exclusively on Nappies Direct and are not a legal tender nor redeemable for cash. We will not transfer rewards points under any circumstances.
