Security
All our credit card transactions are processed through Windcave, a leading new zealand online credit card processing platform. Windcave has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines.

Your credit card details are not seen or retained by Nappies Direct. In the event that a customer wishes to add to an order, we will need to seek card details at this point, as we do not have access to the customer’s card details from the original purchase they put through the website.
Credit Card Refunds:
We do not need to seek a customer’s card number to process a refund. Windcave & Stripe is integrated seamlessly with our website, and we can easily process refunds securely in our website admin.
Apple Pay Refunds:
Currently, Apple & Google pay refund not supporting, we will require your bank account details in the case.

Credit Card:
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express credit cards, through leading payment processing platform Windcave & Stripe.
Internet Banking (Account2account)
Account2Account is an easy to use system that combines the security of internet banking with the speed of payment of a credit card payment. Orders paid by Account2Account are not subject to delays like traditional Bank Transfer payments as the money is transferred directly when an order is placed.
Bank Transfer
If you don’t have a credit card you can easily pay for your order by a bank deposit direct to our ANZ bank account.

Paypal:
PayPal is an internationally recognised secure payment method for online transactions. PayPal allows you to make payment using your credit card without disclosing these details to Windcave or other parties. You can now easily pay for your order through your PayPal account. At the checkout page, please select PayPal as your payment method, and submit your order.
You will then be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment either as a guest or through your PayPal account login.
After you complete your payment you will be returned to our website.
Afterpay:
We now accept Afterpay! Afterpay has quickly become a favourite Buy Now Pay Later solution. Afterpay enables you to receive your goods as quickly as if you paid in full up front, but stagger the payments over 4 weeks.

Alipay:
We now accept Alipay! At the checkout page simply select ‘Alipay’ as your payment method and submit your order. You’ll be redirected to Alipay to complete your payment (you’ll need to have an Alipay account).
Your order will be charged at the CNY (Yuan) equivalent of the NZD (New Zealand dollar) order grand total amount, and this will be available for your review prior to confirming payment.
We Chat Pay:
We now accept WeChatPay! At the Checkout page simply select “WeChat Pay” as your payment method and submit your order. You’ll be redirected to WeChat Pay to complete your payment (you’ll need to have a WeChat Pay account).

UnionPay
Nappies Direct now accepts payment online with China UnionPay credit card. Incurs a 2.5% surcharge.
Store Credit:
If your account has store credit, you will see your balance displayed on the Cart page when signed into your online account. To use your store credit, just tick the checkbox next to the displayed balance and proceed through the online checkout. If your store credit does not cover the full balance of your transaction, you will be prompted on the billing page to select a second payment method to cover the difference. Your store credit can not be redeemed for cash.
Merchant Fees:
Please note that payments are may be charged additional fees based on the payment method you choose, merchant fees calculation visible on the checkout page on the summary section.
Customer Service – Extra Payment:
Sometimes we need to take an additional bank deposit payment with a change of order or exchange. Where our Customer Services team asks you to select this payment option, please follow the payment instructions you will receive upon completion of your purchase.
