Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days. North Island shipping is generally overnight or you can choose Click and Collect.
Please allow additional days if you are rural or if you are ordering during holiday periods or major promotions.

This is calculated AT THE CHECKOUT, based on what you’ve put in your cart, whether there are any exclusions and what discounts apply.
All Heavy and Bulky items are excluded from our Free Shipping Offer. For details exclusions please visit Shipping & Delivery terms page.
However, if you still think its inappropriate then we are just one email away. please include your order number (if already placed) or products with qty + delivery address to replicate cause.

Most email notification should arrive in your email account within 5 minutes.
If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes of signing up or placing the order, please check your Spam folder just in case the email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the confirmation message and click Not Spam, which will allow future messages to get through.
If you have choose PAYPAL as payment method than please allow additional 4 hours as them system takes extra time for processing.
