Competition Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply for all entries received online.
1. By entering our competition each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them
2. Failure to supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry might result on the entry being invalid.
3. No responsibility will be taken for late/lost/misdirected e-mail, incomplete entries or entries with incorrect information. Entries will be deemed to be void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
4. By entering the competition winners agree to their names being published and or interviewed / photographed by the promoter and that the promoter may use their names and such photographs and/or interviews for publicity purposes
5. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
6. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand who have a valid email address, (“Eligible Entrant”). Employees of the promoter, the promoter’s associated companies, and the promoter’s agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
7. You can enter the competition as many time as you like – the more you spend the more chances of winning!! Minimum spend to qualify is $100 and for every $100 spend = 1 entry, $150 = 1 entry, spend $250 = 2 entries, spend $600 = 6 entries
8. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any individual entrant or group of entrants for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to, submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
9. All valid entries received during the ‘promotion period will have a chance to win the prizes stated on the competition page.
10. The prize draw will be conducted at the offices of the promoter at 24 Lake Road, Frankton, Hamilton (unless stated otherwise). The prize will be drawn on 28th February 2018
11. The winner will be notified by email and their name and town will appear at www.https://cuddle.co.nz and Facebook Page
12. The prize consists of 1 bulk shipper (4 packets of Huggies Bulk size nappies) of any size every month for 6 months.
13. Winner will be notified on or before 5th Mar 2018
14. If the prize winner cannot be contacted within 3 days of the draw taking place, at “Nappies Direct” option that winner will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn.
15. Prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.
16. Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
17. The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

19. By entering this promotion you agree to be signed up to be sent our Nappies Direct, PlunketShop and 4babies email newsletters which keep you informed about interesting items and special offers from Nappies Direct and selected business partners. You also agree to be signed up to the Huggies Baby Club (if not already a member) . You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ button on your newsletters.
20. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. Prize will only be delivered to one mainland New Zealand address and each winner should allow 28 days from the prize draw for delivery of their prize.
22. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant regulatory authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
23. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the promoter’s database. The promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this promotion.
