Kia Ora to our Nappies Direct Family,
We’ve had many queries today about our availability over the next few weeks.
As we all now know, New Zealand will be going to a COVID-19 escalation of level 4 within the next 24 hours. The ramifications of this are that all non-essential services will be placed into lockdown.
These are unsettled times and our thoughts are with those in the world who are struggling with sickness, or worse, dealing with the loss of loved ones.
Nappies Direct is considered an essential service and will continue to provide essential delivery services at level 4. we are now required to abide by this new set of guidelines by limiting order qty to essential services only until advised otherwise.
We are doing everything possible to prepare so we can keep New Zealand moving but will need to prioritise essential deliveries (Nappies, Wipes, baby food for example)
We will also be impacted by this and expect to have disruption to our workforce, we will do everything we can to maintain service levels but do expect significant disruption.
With expected high volumes within these days, we anticipate that there may be some disruptions to our service. Please be assured that we are doing our best to manage and minimise the impact this may have.

Our deliveries will be slightly delayed as we navigate this new situation. We are ensuring that no little one goes without, so please be considerate when placing your orders.
This is a difficult time for the people, families, and businesses of New Zealand, we ask for your joint efforts and support in restricting the spread of COVID-19.
