Delivering in Level 4

Kia Ora to our Nappies Direct Family,

We’ve had many queries today about our availability over the next few days.

As we all now know, New Zealand is now in Level 4 Lockdown for the next little while. The ramifications of this are that all non-essential services are closed.

These are unsettled times and our thoughts are with those in the world who are struggling with sickness, or worse, dealing with the loss of loved ones.

Nappies Direct is considered an essential service and will continue to provide essential delivery services at level 4. we are now required to abide by this new set of guidelines by limiting order qty to essential services only until advised otherwise.

We are doing everything possible to prepare so we can keep New Zealand moving but will need to prioritise essential deliveries (Nappies, Wipes, baby food for example)

With expected high volumes within these days, we anticipate that there may be some disruptions to our service. Please be assured that we are doing our best to manage and minimise the impact this may have.

Important: What we require from you is “Patience“

Our deliveries will be slightly delayed as we navigate this new situation. We are ensuring that no little one goes without, so please be considerate when placing your orders. 

This is a difficult time for the people, families, and businesses of New Zealand, we ask for your joint efforts and support in restricting the spread of COVID-19.
